Changed your mind? No problem — here's how cancellations work.
Cancelling your order
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item has shipped.
Because we ship quickly (often the next business day — see our Shipping Policy), please get in touch as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel.
How to cancel
Email us at store@laceandkeys.com with your order number and a note that you'd like to cancel. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and process your full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already shipped
Once an order is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're still covered by our Refund Policy. You're welcome to return your keyboard once it arrives, subject to the terms there.
Your refund
Cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few days to appear on your statement.
